Infinite Poetry

Lots, and lots of poetry.

Ode To My Phone

When I am in trouble
At work or at home
Well, what do I do?
I pick up my phone.

Such a lovely thing
That man has invented
To call one another
From New York to Cinted

To call 911
When my house is alight
To call a hotel
So I can spend the night

To call my friends
Wherever they may be
From Texas, to England
To Africa maybe

To call Pizza Hut
When I am hungry
And only spending
Half of my money

So now you know why
I have a phone
With some catchy music
And an awesome ring tone….
